Established in May 2023 by Fiancé’s Bobbie Gray and Carley Flaherty, On Time Recruitment Ltd was formed to change the approach on recruitment, adopting a family run business model to the UK’s recruitment sector, where all of our employees and skilled workforce are highly valued and treated with the professional integrity they deserve.
Growing to a team of 20 strong in-house staff in just over 12 Months, we have been able to facilitate the needs of our clientele to the highest of standards. We facilitate upwards of 2000 temporary staff each month.
Carley Flaherty
Partner and Director Carley Flaherty held a 4 year Career with French Luxury Powerhouse - Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) in their Make Up and Fragrance Department.
In this time, Carley gained an in-depth understanding of YSL’s day to day operations working front of house, training with a first relation of Catherine Zeta Jones CBE.

After leaving YSL, Carley went on to being a Sales Executive at Hewlett Packard as a Sales Executive, working with major Corporate Companies, Banks and Education Sectors.

Carley’s career then further progressed when becoming a Sales Manager at Pure Washroom’s, facilitating corporate contracts with the likes of Aston Martin, Listers Group, Banana Moon, Loughborough University & Warwick University.

Bobbie Gray
Starting his career in Corporate Hospitality at the age of 18, Bobbie has been a key member of staff through a number of various roles within the UK’s Hospitality sector, working at various Horse Racecourses including New Market, Ascot and Newbury as-well as managing events at Silverstone Racecourse for Formula 1.
Further progressing in his career, Bobbie has gained a plethora of top-tier contacts through his professional supply chain relationships, specialising in the supply of office machinery, in particular Printing Devices at major corporate companies including BizSpace, Konica Minolta, RICOH, Canon & IKON Office Solutions; now supplying highly sought after members of temporary and permanent staff to them.
Bobbie’s expertise has helped On Time Recruitment to gain substantial Month On Month growth to-date through utilising his long-standing relationships in the corporate world.

​Bobbie is an Events Management specialist whom has organised and overseen major events at numerous prestigious venues such-as Wimbledon, The Oval and Althorpe House for the likes of Jaguar Land Rover and various other well recognised brands.
Having over 18 years direct experience in the UK’s corporate employment sector has given Bobbie an unrivalled edge in accommodating for every clients needs.
Bobbie also holds vast experience in dealing with Corporate Bids & Tenders.
